Closing out beer week is usually such sweet sorrow… This year, we’re closing San Diego Beer Week out with a Mother@#$%ing bang at Ciro’s! Belching Beaver has graciously given us Five Gallons of their first Barrel Aged Imperial stout so we thought, “why not make BBQ pulled pork sandwiches with this decadent Imperial Stout?” Makes perfect sense, right? Not only will we have some of San Diego’s best beer on Sunday(from Belching Beaver, of course), we’ll also have some amazing BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwiches marinated in Belching Beaver’s Barrel Aged Ol’ Dirty Beaver Imperial Stout AND southern style Mac ‘n’ Cheese made with the same damn Beaver beer . Belching Beaver Beer’s will be tapped at noon and BBQ pulled pork sandwiches will be served at 5pm! Pulled pork and mac ‘n’ cheese will be limited to the first 100 people so get here early!
