Uncle Grant’s Wild Rice Beer - Brewing this next week with Grant Johnston of Argus Brewing in Chicago. He was the original Brewmaster at Marin and my mentor. About 7.5% ABV using 1/3 puffed Wild Rice and Brewers Gold hops from Wisconsin.
