The Miramar-area location of Mike Hess Brewing is the home of their birthplace - where the whole Odyssey began. Mike Hess opened the original nano-location here in July of 2010 - in half the space you see here today! Producing just 1.6 bbls at a time, Hess quickly gained local and national attention thanks to strong branding, a well written and sought after blog on the process of opening and of course, our Great Beer.
