We will be serving 5 different beers from Green Flash Brewing Co., and Plan 9 Alehouse will be pairing each beer with a special plate from our executive chef.
Course 1:
Herb salad, cucumber, marinated tomatoes with shallot, polenta crouton, citrus/beer vinaigrette.

Course 2:
Spicy shrimp with sunchokes and a summer squash puree.
Paired with Green Flash Brewing Co. White IPA
Course 3:
Crispy Lamb trotter. Brûléed apples, mustard sauce, frisee and lemon juice.
Paired with Green Flash Brewing Co. Road Warrior
Course 4:
Beer braised duck legs, sunburst squash, spinach, garlic confit, mushroom sauce.
Paired with Green Flash Brewing Co. Ristretto Cosmic Black Lager
Course 5:
Cake batter waffle napoleon. Bourbon cream, apple butter, macerated strawberries.
Paired with Green Flash Brewing Co. Barleywine
