| INDIA PALE ALE |
- This is a crisp and refreshing ale with a malty & floral hop flavor & aroma. Brewed with pale malts, hints of caramel malts and Pacific Northwest hops.

| RED ROOST |
- Originally brewed by Jon Atwater of the La Jolla Brewing Company, who has helped us recreate this flavorful ale with a fresh hop flavor balanced by ample pale & caramel malts with a touch of chocolate malt.

| MILK STOUT |
- A smooth roast witjh licorice and maple undertones Unfermented sugars are added to give the beer more body and sweetness.

| DRY HOPPED BROWN ALE |
- Chocolate colored English classic -with a pronounced hop aroma .Amarillo, Cascade, and East Kent Golding hops add a touch of floral aroma during aging.

| LA JOLLA RED |
- This malty and hoppy red ale is brewed with ample quantities of caramel and chocolate malts to give it a deep red color and a malty sweet flavor. It is brewed with five different types of Pacific Northwest hops for an assertive hop flavor and aroma.

| ESB/EXRA SPECIAL BITTERS |
- Full bodied copper colored Ale with carmel malt flavors and an assertive hops presense.

| DOUBLE I.P.A. |
- Robust hoppy and high in alcohol, this golden Ale is easily drinkable with a smooth Malt finish.

| MARZEN/OKTOBERFEST |
- A traditional German Lager best known during Munichs’ Oktoberfest. Full bodied rich malty dark copper beer with German and Czech hops.

| PALE ALE |
- The Pale ale is a malty and hoppy copper colored ale. It is brewed with pale and caramel malts with Simcoe, Cascade and Willamette hops for a flavor that is crisp and refreshing.
